Expose the employee Training History (course code, description, start date, end date, expiry date, attachments) through the Cascade HR v2 REST API.

The TRAINING HISTORY screen shows mandatory training records per employee (e.g. CTFA — Children's Transportation First Aid, MiDAS — Minibus Driving Assessor Scheme, PATS — Passenger Assistant Training Scheme) along with their expiry dates. This is the single source of truth for whether a driver/staff member is currently certified for a given role.

• Allows operational systems to automatically block scheduling of staff whose mandatory training has expired

• Enables automated renewal reminders driven from Cascade's authoritative dataset

• Removes the need for HR to manually export training reports each week

• Supports CQC, DBS, and contractual audit evidence by giving downstream systems a live view of competency
