Create API endpoints for "About me" and "Learning & Development" data

Both of these pages would provide information for better reporting when combined with data we can already extract via the API. For example, the "About me" page would enable reporting with EDI information whilst the "Learning & Development" data would allow for better visibility of skills gaps and compliance.
