Support for the level of access on the API integration

There are several endpoints in the cascade API that enables access to different set of data such as Employees, Jobs, Bank Details, etc.

Some of the data points have higher level of sensitivity such as salary and compensation and under the current API, they are can be extracted when you have the Client ID and Client Secret. It would be nice if the API maintain a level of access to sensitive data too.
